Once again, The Brewers Plate will forward proceeds to charity War Child Canada to aid their efforts to help children in war-torn regions around the world. The overall theme of the evening is rock ‘n’ roll and attendees are highly encouraged to wear their favourite band or concert tee shirt! We’ll definitely be wearing ours. The night, sponsored by iconic Toronto music stations Q107 and 102.1 The Edge, is definitely about food, fun, beer and good music.
The celebrity DJ for the evening will be none other than former Faze Magazine cover guy and rock guitarist Ian D’Sa of Billy Talent fame, who has been involved with War Child Canada for many years, “I’m very proud to be involved with War Child Canada, the work they are doing to help children in war-affected communities offers hope beyond borders”. Ian will be performing on the DJ stage and Fearless Fred from the The Edge will be the host throughout. Based on past events, look out for a few Toronto notables in attendance as well! Don’t miss it.
The party gets under way at 6:00pm and goes all the way until 11:00pm. It’s just $90 for an all-you-can-enjoy evening. Great for the girls, guys, couples, groups!
